Neuroscience Laboratory and Clinical  Research Building 19A
This building will be 235,000 gross square feet (GSF) of laboratory, academic offices and clinical research space for the Program for Neurologic Disease Research and the Keck Foundation Center for Integrative Neuroscience on Block 19A at the Mission Bay Campus.  Under a new alternative delivery approach for the campus, Real Estate Services is managing the procurement of a private developer to design and construct the project as a public/private partnership.  The building is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2011.

Osher Building
This 50,000 GSF medical office building is being developed under the management of Real Estate Services for the Medical Center and the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at the Mount Zion Campus.  A topping off ceremony was held on September 10th to celebrate completion of the building's structural frame.  Completion is scheduled for December 2010.

The new 42,000 rentable square feet (RSF) Orthopaedic Institute is located in leased space at 1500 Owens Street across from the Mission Bay Campus.  The premises include clinical exam space, an ambulatory surgery center, an MRI suite, the Human Performance Center, an orthotics and prosthetics shop, and academic offices.  The Institute opened on September 14, 2009.

University Development and Alumni Relations
UDAR has moved its offices to a new 40,000 RSF leased location at 220 Montgomery Street to accommodate its expansion and consolidation needs.  Real Estate Services managed the design and construction of the new facility, which opened in July 2008.
