UCSF Real Estate is hosting an information session on August 8, 2023, for General Contractors to learn more about a New Hospital Building (NHB) project at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital in Oakland (BCH Oakland), which is an important piece of a BCH Oakland Campus Modernization plan.
This session is targeting General Contractors to provide an overview of the project, its status, and our planned contracting approach ahead of an RFP, which will be issued on Friday, August 11, 2023. Trade partners who are interested can participate to learn more about this project and potential opportunities to come.
