The UCSF Real Estate Contracts, Health Finance/Business Operations is a shared service in UCSF Real Estate that partners with Campus, Health and BCH-Oakland, and Stanyan/Hyde Design & Construction Teams, Health Major Capital Projects, Campus Planning, Real Estate Services, Building Permit Services, and Campus Facilities Services departments.
We assist our business partners to procure and contract Architectural, Engineering, and Construction services compliant with the California Public Contract Code, University of California Office of the President (UCOP) Facilities Manual, internal policies, and external regulations. Our finance team processes payment applications, invoices, and prepares financial reports.
Services include: contractor prequalification, competitive bidding and award of projects, request for qualifications for design professionals, execution and administration of contracts, advising on contractual matters, and facilitates legal review with UC General Counsel.
