The Annual Announcement is for consultants interested in performing consultant services (design, construction management, and miscellaneous design/construction-related services) through public advertisement or informal, non-advertised solicitations, depending on the dollar amount of the project and services. 
 
To be part of the UCSF Real Estate Design & Construction Applicant Pool listing and to be considered for selection as a consultant to provide architectural, landscape architectural, engineering, environmental, land surveying, construction project management services, and other University-related services, firms must submit the required forms listed below.  

If your firm is deemed qualified, it is added to the applicant pool to provide services at any UCSF office (including Capital Programs, Facilities Services, and Benioff Children's Hospital – Oakland).

Consultants interested in providing services to UCSF should complete the Annual Announcement | UCSF, Real Estate smart sheet. Information gathered from this form will be added to the UCSF Annual Announcement list and provided to our Project Managers.  

All forms submitted will be evaluated by Real Estate Design & Construction (D&C). If your firm responded to the 2023 Annual Announcement and did not receive a "Not Qualified" letter and wishes to remain on the list for the new year, you must inform us by March 31, 2024, via email at [email protected] of your desire to remain on the list. Selections may begin at any time after January 1, 2024.
