The Clinical Sciences Building

The Clinical Sciences Building (CSB), built in 1933, is one of the oldest buildings on the Parnassus Heights campus site. It has been renovated to meet current seismic safety requirements and to provide instructional and meeting spaces that support modern teaching and research.



Mission Hall

Mission Hall: Global Health and Clinical Sciences Building opened in September 2014 in an innovative new design concept and the first of its kind at UCSF.



95 Kirkham Seismic Retrofit and Renovation

UCSF’s facility at 95 Kirkham, originally built in the 1950s, completed renovation in February 2024 for seismic safety improvements and other updates, including a dry lab and support space suite, offices, conference rooms, and breakrooms.



UCSF Pride Hall at ZSFG

UCSF opened its newest research and academic building, UCSF Pride Hall, on the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG) campus on Sept. 13, 2023.



Bayfront Medical Building and Illinois Street Garage

Construction was complete on August 27, 2024, for the Bayfront Medical Building, a new UCSF clinical facility on the Mission Bay campus. Formerly known as the Block 34 project, the Bayfront Medical Building complex is located at 520 Illinois St.



Integrated Center for Design and Construction (ICDC)

Construction of project offices is scheduled to begin in late March in the Millberry Union Garage.



UCSF Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital Relocation

UCSF Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital welcomed patients to a new space on August 19, 2023, in UCSF Mount Zion Medical Center.



Precision Cancer Medicine Building

UCSF Wayne and Gladys Valley Center for Vision

The Wayne and Gladys Valley Center for Vision (WGVCV) is comprised of a 12-story academic tower on the north side and includes academic and administrative office space and other necessary support for various schools, departments and divisions at multiple UCSF sites.

499 Illinois

UCSF leases 42,000 feet on the 6th floor from Alexandria Real Estate Equities for The Center for Reproductive Health research and clinic spaces. The Center offers infertility evaluations and treatment options and also studies reproductive health. 



China Basin

UCSF leases over 140,000 feet in multiple suites for Radiology research facilities, imaging clinics, clinical lab services, and a community primary care clinic.



Mount Zion Garage

The Mount Zion garage is a developer built public private partnership project providing 228 parking spaces to relieve a critical patient parking shortfall at the Mt Zion Campus.
