Real Estate Services, a unit of UCSF Real Estate, is responsible for all UCSF campus and Health System real estate development, asset management and support service activities.
Real Estate Services is comprised of four units: Transaction Management, Asset Management, Real Estate Facilities Management, and Administration. The staff administer the acquisition and disposition of real property, manage the development of new campus buildings through public/private partnerships, and provide asset management services.
Real Estate Services is responsible for all UCSF campus and Health System real estate development, asset management and support service activities. The department administers the acquisition and disposition of real property, manages the development of new campus buildings through public/private partnerships, and provides asset management services for 1.5 million square feet of leased health care facilities, research labs, office, and residential. The Real Estate portfolio consists of 1.5 million square feet, $65 million in lease costs and $200 million in annual construction costs.
