What is the 10-year Capital Plan?

The Space & Capital Planning unit in Campus Planning prepares 10-year Capital Plans for both State-funded and non-State funded major projects. The staff develops these capital plans on an annual basis, working closely in coordination with leadership from the four Professional Schools (Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, and Pharmacy), UCSF Health, Finance, UCSF Real Estate, Facilities Management, Campus Life Services, and Budget & Resource Management.

What is the Comprehensive Parnassus Heights Plan (CPHP)?

The Comprehensive Parnassus Heights Plan outlines a bold vision for transforming the campus over the next several decades, to provide a welcoming, state-of-the-art environment where our people can do their best work across research, patient care, and education. Planning to re-envision and revitalize the Parnassus Heights campus coincides with and will complement UCSF Health’s Strategic and Site Planning initiative to build a new, world-class hospital on the 107-acre campus.
