UCSF leases 42,000 feet on the 6th floor from Alexandria Real Estate Equities for The Center for Reproductive Health research and clinic spaces. The Center offers infertility evaluations and treatment options and also studies reproductive health. 

UCSF also subleases 93,000 feet on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the building and licenses the space to the Chan Zuckerberg BioHub Initiative, a research collaboration between UCSF, Stanford, and UC Berkeley, dedicated to curing, preventing, and managing diseases and mapping of all the cells in the human body in its Cell Atlas program.
