Health Major Capital Projects manages the planning, design and construction of new inpatient and outpatient facilities for UCSF Health. Our multidisciplinary project teams include Operations, Architects, General Contractors, and Engineers working collaboratively on-site in the Integrated Center for Design and Construction (ICDC) to program, design, construct and prepare the project for first patient occupancy.

The UCSF project team includes a broad range of integrated disciplines of project management, facilities engineering, interiors, IT, clinical sciences, finance and contract administration.
