The Finance, Administration & Operations (FA&O) team orchestrates a myriad of activities to support UCSF Real Estate operations.
We are a cross-functional team that provides support to the advancement of UCSF Real Estate’s strategic goals and long-term plans by providing value-added expertise and guidance in all operations. We assist UCSF Real Estate leadership with strategic planning and organizational development as well as day-to-day administrative support.
We work collaboratively across the department to ensure operations are performed to the highest standards of customer service, accountability and efficiency through our focus on staff engagement, human resources, communications and capital projects lifecycle support.
We oversee financial activities, including budget development and analysis, reporting, procurement, financial transactional processing, and reconciliations.
