We manage the Business Operations for the Health Capital Program and UCSF Real Estate Contracts.
Health Design & Construction: We manage capital funding documents, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain our SBE/DVBE information (vendor database, annual spending, and reporting). We also prepare the departmental operating budget and oversee the operating budgets of cost centers that support the health capital program. We collaborate with Business Intelligence and consultants to prioritize Health Unifier Project Management System updates. Our team works closely with various departments, including Capital Accounting, Accounts Payable, Health Purchasing, and Decision Support Services.
UCSF Real Estate Contracts: We prepare all design and construction documents for the UCSF Capital Program and Facilities (Campus and Health) according to UCOP Policy and the Public Contract Code.
